- All guests must be 25+ (children with parents are allowed)
- 12 Person Max/ 2 Dog Max (w/ pet fee - must be paid in advance)
- No parties/events
- Quiet hours are 10pm-8am
- No smoking or vaping on the property
- Absolutely no fires inside or out (including candles)
- No RV's allowed
To keep things moving smoothly, if a house rule is broken you may be asked to leave and/or charged a fee of $100 plus damages
Some things to remember:
- While our property is professionally cleaned between every stay, this is a dog friendly property and there may be dog hair/dander present - it is simply inevitable with an HVAC system. If someone in your party is allergic to dogs this property will not be a good fit for you.
- We don't offer late check out or early check in
- We provide a start of toilet paper and paper towels! But of course you may need to buy more.
- Shampoos, toiletries, condiments, zip locks, and charcoal are not provided
- There is an exterior security camera (that we only ever check if there was a problem!)
