New white quartz countertops and bar area for extra eating space. The living area has a small dining space along with 4 barstools for extra seating. There is a brand new (2024) queen sleeper sofa and a 55" HD TV with HD cable channels in the living room. The oversized balcony gives you pleasing gulf views while you enjoy your morning coffee or unwind with a cocktail after a day at the beach. The balcony also overlooks the community pool which boasts 2 hot tubs, a kiddie pool and the main pool that is heated year round.
The bedroom includes a brand new queen size bed, 32" HD Tv and a spacious closet area. There are two twin bunk beds in the hallway to complement the bedroom and new queen sleeper sofa to easily sleep 6 people in this condo.
This popular location is close to many popular area attractions including; Schlitterbahn, Moody Gardens, Historic Pleasure Pier and Nasa Space Center (about 30 miles away) along with many restaurants, bars and entertainment.
