YES, our My 'Little' Sunshine well maintained house IS on the beach - on a long and deep stretch of non-motorized beach!!! Our adorable beach front house is an ideal getaway for families and friends. We encourage you to experience this highly sought after non-motorized beach. This unique non-motorized beach will provide a safe haven for you and your love ones with a peaceful atmosphere while enjoying a stunning sunrise/sunset. My 'Little' Sunshine will enchant you with high ceilings and large windows to enjoy the paradise view of the Gulf of Mexico. Relax on the lounge chairs from the upper deck or BBQ from the lower level right on the beach.

My 'Little' Sunshine is a cozy 2 bedroom 1 bathroom with many new furniture and décor. Bedroom 1 has a KING bed, armoire, dresser and mirror. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, full size sleeper futon, and dresser. Living room has ocean/beach view from two double sliding doors that are used as large picture windows and two windows with a sleeper sofa and an additional sectional sofa. Kitchen with all appliances and a counter height bar with 4 bar stools over looking the Gulf of Mexico. Ground floor has an extra long picnic table, charcoal BBQ and outdoor shower to wash off the sand after all the fun in the sand and sun.

Additional amenities include: Keurig Coffee machine , blender, toaster, silverware & utensils, pots & pans, dishes and bowls, cups/glasses, sheets, bath towels, washer, dryer, iron/ironing board, ... rental fee includes a one time linens/towels setup and cleanup upon your departure.
Due to prior issues, guest preferences, and to save our guests money, we have provided a more than reasonable discount to the rates so our guests can bring their personal supplies such as toiletries, paper and kitchen products. Please let us know if you have questions concerning what is not provided. A detailed confirmation document and list will be on the amenities section of the website once confirmed.
Please note our patio doors were installed to be used as large picture windows to provide the largest possible view of the ocean and we keep these 2 patio door locked.
No more than the number of registered guests are allowed on the property. If the number of guests changes please contact owner for prior approval.
My 'Little' Sunshine is located on the west end of Galveston Island.
