Guest count and pets will be monitored through our exterior security cameras, so please make sure to accurately disclose. Undisclosed additional guests will be charged $500 per night per additional guest. Undisclosed pets or additional pets will be charged $200 per night per pet

The first is a non-refundable "peace-of-mind" damage deposit of $73.83 per reservation. The second is a fully refundable damage deposit starting at $1000 per reservation.
