Summary: The house is beautiful, tastefully decorated, and overall we had a great stay. Just a few comments for improvement:The elevator wasn’t working. We were notified of this a few days prior, and were told that a technician would attempt to repair it before our arrival. However, it seems the repair didn’t happen in time.Upon arrival, we followed the instructions to enter the house. While the garage code worked, the keys to access the interior of the home were not inside as expected. We had to make several calls to receive a new code and access the keys.We also reported that the pool water was cloudy. Although someone came to check it, the technician mentioned that chemicals had been added shortly before our arrival and that the water would clear up over the next few days. Unfortunately, we only stayed for the weekend, so we didn’t get to enjoy the pool in optimal condition. We suggest applying pool chemicals well in advance to ensure the water is clear by the time guests arrive.The checkout time is very strict and quite early—10:00 a.m. is earlier than most hotels. We recommend extending it by at least an hour to allow a more comfortable departure.Lastly, we suggest building a small bridge or direct path to the beach like other nearby homes have, to avoid having to walk around to access the ocean.In general, it’s a lovely home and we would recommend it. We just wanted to share this feedback to help improve future guest experiences.
