Summary: Our family loved Lt Dan’s beach house. The view of the ocean was amazing and the location enabled a 30 second walk to the beach. We enjoyed the hot tub as well and the property was well maintained. There was a decent amount of cars and trucks driving on the beach. You will just want to keep your little ones near you. We had no problem with it. Overall, it was great house and property.
