Completely renovated in 2023, nothing was overlooked to provide you with the best vacation experience. This one bed, one bath condo is fully furnished and equipped with new stainless appliances, a flat top quartz peninsula with ample seating, all new furniture and more. This unit sleeps six with a queen size bed, two twin size bunk beds, and a queen sized memory foam mattress pull out couch. The living room is equipped with a 50” smart tv, USB outlets, a record player/bluetooth speaker, and black out curtains over the sliding glass door. In the kitchen you will find full sized appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, flat top range, dishwasher, and a dual keruig coffee pot for all your needs. The bathroom has a full sized vanity, walk in shower, abundant lighting, and towel hooks acquired from ship wreckage for a fun nautical twist. In the bedroom you will find a queen size memory foam mattress, full sized closet, three drawer dresser, luggage rack, a 42” smart TV, and two bedside tables with additional usb outlets. This 521 sq ft condo may be small but is a stunner with fantastic third-floor ocean views from its furnished outdoor patio. Come stay and experience Life in Blue!
The Maravilla features 3 pools - one is heated, a hot tub, lush landscaping, a volleyball area, & a fitness center with a view. This condo is ideal for honeymooners, a small family or a couple's retreat. Free WiFi and Direct TV so you can stay as connected as you want. Whether a quick weekend get away, or a Snow Bird winter escape, La Vie Inn Blue is the place to be!
At the complex, there is ample non-reserved covered and uncovered parking. You can pay the front office upon arrival or the next morning if arriving after hours. A parking fee must be paid to Maravilla office upon arrival. The office does not accept cash. Parking Rules and prices are as follows:
1) Parking Rates will be set at $10.00 per car per day PLUS Sales tax
2) Trailers (Motorcycle) will be charged the same rate as cars and are limited to special event weekends such as Biker Rally Weekend. No other time are trailers of any sort allowed to be parked at Maravilla.
3) Per day rates will be capped after $70.00 per 30 day time period, and the per day rate will start over again on the 31st day.
