Enjoy amazing sunrises from the large deck with an unobstructed view of the Gulf, here at “Happy Ours”. This property is located less than 100 yards from the beach, on a beach access road near barrel 53. This beautifully designed 4-bedroom, 3 bath home features a large, open concept kitchen and large living area, including a large screen TV for friends and family to gather. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. The dining area has seating for 8 at the dining table and 4 at the bar. The master bedroom en suite features a king size bed with a private bath. There is a second master en suite with a queen bed and private bath. The 3rd guest room has a queen bed and a Jack and Jill bath connecting to the 4th bedroom, with 2 full size beds. All TV's have Hulu Live streaming service. Downstairs you will find an outside shower to rinse off after a day at the beach. There is also a fish cleaning station, large picnic table and charcoal grill. “Happy Ours” is the perfect place for making memories with family and friends at Crystal Beach.
Sleeps 10 – bed and bath set up:

Guest room with queen, Jack, and Jill bath
Guest room with 2 full beds

Coffee pot is a dual type, uses grounds and pods.
Cleaning fee includes towels, linens, beds made, starter set of basic paper goods and soaps.
Dogs are allowed, max 2, 25 lbs. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $75, may need to be added after booking.
Smoking is not allowed in the house or on the deck. You may smoke downstairs, please pick up butts.
Events or parties are not allowed on property, max occupancy of 12 must be observed at all times.
Pre-approved Prom groups are allowed, with 3 parents on site, and a non-refundable prom fee of $600.
Property is in Crystal Beach, on the Bolivar Peninsula. It is also accessible by ferry from Galveston, Texas.
As per our rental agreement, any amenity that may become unavailable during your stay will not warrant any type of refund.
