A non-refundable pet fee of $150 plus tax applies for two dogs up to 35 pounds each. Kindly add 'PET' to your reservation. NOTE: If you bring a pet that you have NOT paid for, this is in violation of our House Rules and you could be asked to leave with no refund.
3. Parking Information:
Ample covered and uncovered parking is available at the complex. A fee of $10.00 per car per day plus sales tax is applicable. Note that the office does not accept cash. Parking rates are capped after $70.00 for a 30-day period.Trailers are only allowed during motor cycle rally weekend and are subject to the same rate as cars.

Summary: The space was clean and nice inside. The outside however was rough. The front of the building was under construction. The elevators are very slow, one was broken down the day we arrived, but they got it fixed. The parking was odd, they had single and double parking spots. We had two vehicles, so trying to be as efficient as possible we used a double spot. I left my truck in the back, and pulled the other vehicle in front of it. We went to dinner, and when we got back I had a tag on my car essentially warning me that it is for double parking only and they will tow if I don't move it. I thought that was a bit over the top, especially since we were doing the the right thing and parking two cars in the space. The host was good, she gave us early check-in and late check-out because it was available. They had a gift for us with some candy waiting upon arrival. The space was very clean, the bed was comfortable. The porch was large which was very nice, and the view was nice as you could see the pool, the lake, and the beach from the porch. The price is reasonable, so I would stay there again, but when you pull up the outside of the building looks bad, but if you can get past that then I think you will enjoy the stay.
