Positive: Location was a beach front house. The idea to be on a private side of the island was nice until daylight arrive them omg 😲 you have a full front beach ⛱️ if you don't hurry yourself people will not respect the space of the house that you're paying for .
Negative: Roaches in the house and very old smell on the mattresses and the showers button were difficult to operate to make the water run on top . We wasn't able to use the washer machine and I do personally buy and leave a satl and pepper cans because they're none. I do thanks for the opportunity to stay there but on Sunday night around 3am I hear something outside and I was a dodge charger 4 doors car driving on the private side of the beach, they were driving like crazy back and forth and sometimes they get closer to the water , that situation was like that for about one hour , I do personally didn't call the police because me phone was charging and now I feel bad that I don't have any video to prove what I'm saying. The stairs needs some repair the last step is super separate from the deck and doesn't have any nails or screws. We personally buy a grill from the local the home depot because the one that the property has is not on optimum condition.
