Summary: Nice secure building, extra $35 fee at checkin, lady was cranky! (Not the owner) Owner was very communicative and helpful. Place was clean, partial sea view was nice. Close to everything. Air freshener was extremely strong, we unplugged the entire time we were there. Could have used a regular toaster since the toaster oven smoked when used. Very clean and had everything we needed. Other than the elevator not working on the side of the building since my leg was broken it was a great stay.
