Beach access: The home is about a 5 minute drive to the beach access point. Cars are permitted to park on the beach.
WIFI: Free high-speed WIFI is available throughout the home.
Cable: We provide Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own Amazon Prime, Netflix, or other streaming service apps as well.
Pet policy: Up to 3 pets are welcome in our home with a $25 fee per pet. We ask that pets stay off all furniture, are cleaned up after in the yard, and aren't left alone inside the home unless in a crate or kennel. Please message us if you’re planning on bringing your furry friend!
Large Groups: We love hosting church groups and large family gatherings, however groups over the size of 16 guests must be approved prior to booking.
Parking: There is room for 6 cars in the driveway.
Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

Step inside to the bright and airy living area, decorated in a timeless mid-century style. Whip up delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, and take advantage of the convenient laundry room with washer and dryer on the main floor.
Just off the living area is the first bedroom, featuring a king-size bed and a separate bathroom. Down the hall, the master bedroom boasts two queen beds and a beautiful en suite bathroom. Two additional bedrooms await on the second floor: one with a king-size bed and another fun bunk room perfect for the kids.
Head downstairs to the game room, a haven for family fun! Two full-over-full bunk beds provide additional sleeping space, while arcade games, a foosball table, and even a mini golf tee keep everyone entertained.
Step outside and enjoy the sunshine! Engage in friendly competition with a game of disc golf, cornhole, or basketball. After a day of fun, unwind by the fire pit, relax on the swings with a refreshing breeze, or grill up your favorites in the shaded barbecue area.

- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
The gazebo to the left of the house is not for guest use and is on private property.
