Summary: We booked this house for a short family vacation. When we got to the house it was clean and loved the down stairs. What we were not impressed with was the management company that is in charge. We tried to ride bikes, all the bikes tiers would not keep air after we tried airing them all up. We then went to the store and purchased a couple hundred dollars worth of food for the grill to be to rusted to even cook on. I reached out to the management team to inform them of the grill situation. Was told they would bring us a grill since we bought a bunch of food. They never showed up with the grill or respond to text or phone calls. We would have went and bought a cheap grill to cook if we would have known they were not going to bring one. After we returned from the trip I reached out again to the management company to express my concerns and was told I would receive a call back. Let’s just say I still haven’t received a call back, 2 weeks later. I want to say the place is nice and very clean but if you are wanting to use there bikes or cook on the grill bring your own items.
