You'll have amazing Gulf views to enjoy the sunrise or a relaxing cup of coffee. Not only are the outside views relaxing, this 1 bedroom /1 bath condo has been beautifully updated and provides guests a vibrant living area. You will definitely be "On Beach Time" during your stay. The kitchen is fully stocked and has lovely granite counters and stainless appliances. For those nights you choose to dine in, there is a large breakfast bar with seating for four. Kids will enjoy the bunks located in the hallway and additional guests will be comfortable on the sleeper sofa. During your stay enjoy the free WiFi and DishTV. There may be some variations in furnishings or decor since pictures were taken.
Home is dog friendly for up to 2 pets. $100.00 + tax for the 1st pet and $50.00 + tax for the second pet. 25 lb weight limit on pets. Guest must contact our office prior to arrival to make arrangements for payment of pet fee and signature on a pet addendum. No cats allowed.
Adora is located in the Maravilla Condos, one of Galveston's most popular vacation rental properties. Maravilla offers guests three pools (one resort style pool, one children's pool, and one heated pool) as well as an in-ground spa. There's plenty of chaise lounges for relaxation and several barbecue pits for outdoor grilling. Kids of all ages will enjoy the outdoor volleyball area. The indoor fitness center gives a full view of the Gulf of Mexico.
Due to the ongoing construction and in the interest of Safety, the Maravilla business office will be located in unit 121. This is where you will need to go to pay your parking.
Parking is convenient to any of the property's three elevators. Luggage carts are located at each elevator and available for guest use.
A parking fee must be paid to Maravilla office upon arrival. The office does not accept cash. Parking Rules and prices are as follows:
1) Parking Rates will be set at $10.00 per car per day PLUS Sales tax
2) Trailers (Motorcycle) will be charged the same rate as cars and are limited to special event weekends such as Biker Rally Weekend. No other time are trailers of any sort allowed to be parked at Maravilla.
3) Per day rates will be capped after $70.00 per 30 day time period, and the per day rate will start over again on the 31st day.
Located directly on Seawall, this property is convenient to any of Galveston's area attractions. Schlitterbahn water park, Moody Gardens, Moody Gardens Golf Course, putt-putt, fishing and the beach are all within a short walk or drive. Head to the West End and visit more of Galveston's beaches and do a little bird watching. Or head east to do a little shopping in the Downtown Strand Historic District, visit art galleries, museums, or take in a live performance at The Grand 1894 Opera House or the East End Theatre Company. Numerous local restaurants offer various culinary delights and you are sure to find something tasty at almost every price point.
All fees and services are subject to 15% tax. We welcome our guests and work diligently to make their experience memorable. However, we only rent to adults over the age of 25 and families. A photo copy of identification of main renter is required prior to arrival of stay.
