The comfy couch pulls out into a queen-sized sofa bed.
Down the hall, you'll find three bedrooms to accommodate your crew. The master bedroom features a luxurious king-sized bed, while the second bedroom offers a queen-sized bed for a restful night's sleep. The third bedroom is a haven for the little pirates, featuring twin-over-twin bunk beds with an additional twin trundle bed underneath.
But the fun doesn't stop indoors! Head outside and relax on the expansive front porch. Soak up the sun on the open deck or chill under the covered area with a refreshing drink. The adventure continues under the house, where you'll find a spacious hangout spot with a picnic table, perfect for post-beach barbecues with the provided BBQ pit. - Groups larger than 8 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
