"All Decked Out" is a 1900 sq. ft. double-decked beach front paradise. This newly constructed home includes four bedrooms (two master suites), one ‘room’ is a queen bunk nook, two fully functional kitchens, three full bathrooms, downstairs shower, and an unobstructed Gulf view. Easy, convenient beach access is only 100 feet from the driveway.

In the event we are unable to meet at your arrival we have a lockbox onsite that allows you access to the home. We are always available in case of emergencies or for further questions but once we hand over the keys we will leave to allow you to enjoy your stay.

Crystal Beach now requires a $10 permit to park your vehicle on the beach. It is a one time fee and is good for the entire year. You can purchase this at the local super market or from the local issuing authority when they are driving along the beach.

For your protection, we strongly urge you to consider travel insurance. Travel insurance is a low-cost way to help protect you from any trip losses should you need to change your plans (family emergency, illness, weather, etc.) Without it, you would be at risk of losing all rental fees associated with your reservation should you cancel outside of your reservation's cancellation period and policy. *****Before continuing with booking, please understand: we do NOT allow pets and you must be at least 25yrs of age. ***If a pet is found at the home, a $300 non refundable deposit will be added to your stay. Also, the house is not setup to accommodate more than 14 guest at any given time. ***If more guest are found at the home, a non refundable fee of $100 per additional guest/per night will be added to your stay. Do not move any of the outdoor furniture - if furniture is moved, $25 for each piece of furniture moved will be added to your stay.
Additionally, any outdoor grilling, frying or boiling is only allowed on the bottom concrete level and not on any decks. When using the bonfire area, we only allow wood or charcoal to be burned.
