This beautiful centrally located property is a fully furnished and newly updated condo with all new flooring in the description pictures, And the amenities. flat screen tv, cable, wireless internet and wifi. Queen sized bedroom, 1 full-sized in Livingroom, built-in bunkbeds for children. We are right on the sea wall at the corner of 61st st and sea wall Blvd. Our condo sleeps 4 adults and 2 children comfortably. It has a refrigerator, stove and microwave to name a few amenities. Many shops and eateries! NO PETS/NON SMOKING POLICY. Failure to follow this policy results in an extra cleaning fee.

Summary: We stayed for 5 days. Only 4 towels. 2 of the towels had bad odor. No written instructions for check out ECT. Unit very clean with fresh paint. Probably will not stay again. Side note parking lot flooded due to lack of maintenance by Casa Delmar.
