When you've caught your limit, prepare your catch at the convenient fish cleaning station. Then wash up in the outdoor shower. If fishing is not your thing, relax in our shaded hammocks or get some sun on the upper deck. Visit family friendly, Sea Isle Beach, just 6 blocks away, easily accessed by car or a golf cart rented nearby. Catch up with the locals at nearby Jamaica beach, just a short drive down the road. You can also rent kayaks or Stand Up Paddle Boards. Both of which are great ways to enjoy the gentle waters of the bay in our back yard. And when you are all worn out from the multitude of activities available here, sit back and relax in the peaceful comfort of our nicely appointed home.

Summary: We spent Thanksgiving at this property and had a mix of experiences. On the positive side, the location is ideal for fishing, with a fantastic patio featuring lights for nighttime use, making evenings very enjoyable. The scenic views were stunning, and the beds were comfortable, with two bedrooms offering full-size beds and two with single beds, which perfectly accommodated our group of two families (4 adults and 4 kids). However, cleanliness was a significant concern. The kitchen drawers, where utensils were stored, were dirty and had to be cleaned, as were the pots. The closet was filled with trash, requiring cleaning before we could hang our clothes. Additionally, the house only provided 14 plastic plates and bowls, which was disappointing for serving a Thanksgiving dinner, as real plates would have been much more suitable. For future travelers, we recommend bringing extra toilet paper, kitchen towels, laundry detergent, and your own coffee, as these items were either insufficient or not provided. Overall, despite some inconveniences, the location, views, and amenities for fishing made our stay enjoyable. This house is a good choice for families looking to enjoy a fishing getaway, but cleanliness and kitchen supplies could use improvement.
