This home features all new updates throughout the house. So whether you're cooking a large family feast or a quick snack for the beach, the fully equipped kitchen is perfect for all cooking levels. The open-concept kitchen and dining areas are perfect for entertaining. The kitchen is stocked with an abundance of cooking utensils for those who love to cook to make you feel right at home. The all-new kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a large breakfast bar with seating for 4, and a farm-style dining table to seat six comfortably. Relax in the comfortable living area with plush sofas and a large wall-mounted flat-screen TV.
The primary bedroom suite is tastefully appointed with a King size bed. It offers a large flat-screen TV, and an additional writing desk area, for those looking to connect their laptops or devices. The attached bathroom has a tub and shower combination and all-new fixtures with dual vanities. The two additional bedrooms are furnished with a King size bed and a flat-screen TV in the first guest room, and the third bedroom has a Queen-size bed and a flat-screen TV. The shared guest bathroom is updated with new fixtures, dual vanities, and a walk-in shower.
The Tiki House comes to life in the bonus sunroom, a furnished flex space with a Double bed and a bar. Enjoy spending time in the outdoor courtyard, which includes a hot tub, outdoor seating, and an outdoor dining table that seats up to 6 people.
