The story of 1 2nd Terrace begins as you step inside this two-story beauty. On the lower floor, you'll find the main living area, ample seating, and sliding doors leading to a covered porch – the perfect spot for shaded relaxation. The butcher block kitchen counters speak to the home's past, but the fully appointed kitchen has been appropriately updated with modern conveniences. Past the kitchen is a convenient half bathroom and laundry room. Dining seating is offered at the kitchen counter and dining table.
Additionally, on the lower level of the home is a primary bedroom with a queen bed and an attached full bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Right off the coast is the international shipping channel called "Tybee Roads," where the ships come from the Atlantic Ocean before heading down the Savannah River to port with cargo from all over the world. The unobstructed views from the top floor balcony allow you a spot like no other on Tybee Island to experience the relaxation of a sunrise over the Atlantic ocean.
