This home is exceptionally spacious and sleeps 22 guests comfortably in a very quiet preferred neighborhood setting.
Beach access is onto the north end of the beach from a community/ private crossover. This traditional home has a beautiful front entrance landscaped to include local plants and flowers that include, Drake Elm trees, azaleas, oleanders, lantana, sago palms, natural palms, and bottle brush. The picturesque setting is a perfect backdrop to compliment all the photos you will want to take!
The interior of the home features an expansive Kitchen. The kitchen includes 2 chef style refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, wall oven, microwave oven, free standing range. Black granite counter tops and custom cherry cabinets. There is seating for 9 in the kitchen and seating for 12 in the formal dining room. The formal dining room has views of the large pool area.
There are two living rooms in this home. The first Living room, located off beside the dining room, has direct access to the large pool area. There is a large flat screen TV, leather sectional and ample seating.
The second Living room, the "Captain's Quarters" is off the kitchen. This room has a wood burning fireplace and is the perfect retreat for an afternoon nap, reading a book or gathering for a board game!
Conveniently located on the main floor of this Tybee mansion is a full bathroom with step-in shower with a handicap grab bar.

BEDROOM 1- On the ground floor of this lovely home is a Queen bedroom.
BEDROOM 2- The spacious King master bedroom has a wood burning fireplace, extra seating for reading or enjoying coffee in the quiet of the morning. There is a large private master bath with Jacuzzi and huge walk-in separate shower in this suite.
BEDROOM 3- Second master bedroom includes a King bed with a sitting area plus your private balcony.
BEDROOM 4- Guest bedroom #1 is beautifully decorated with Queen bed.
BEDROOM 5- Guest bedroom #2 has 2 Queen beds and is spacious. Overlooks the pool.
BEDROOM 6- Guest Bedroom #3 The children have their own separate bedroom with a University bunk ( Double over Double ). They can have the luxury of having their own room with a television and overlook the backyard.
BEDROOM 7- Guest bedroom #4 is a spacious room with a Queen bed that overlooks the side yard. The two full baths are split. Each bath off the upstairs hallway has a double vanity. There is a door separating the toilet area with walk-in shower from vanity.
Outdoor Area
You can access the pool from the living room, dining room or when you enter from the backyard there is a handicap ramp.
The pool area has individual seating around the pool for over 10 plus glass top tables and chairs for over 14. There is a changing room off the pool area.
Gas grill and charcoal grill.
This home has 2 stack washers and dryers located on the upper level of the home.
9 Roku enabled televisions and wireless GigaBit Service for extremely fast streaming make this home the complete package.

Welcome to Captains Row. A quiet family oriented beach community located on the North end of Tybee Island. This little slice of paradise has two private beach access's. The first access crosses over our beloved turtle pond! Make sure to bring some lettuce to feed the HUNDREDS of turtles! While the kids feed the turtles you can relax on the gazebo. After the turtle pond the newly built dunes cross over leads you to the calmer less crowded Lazzaretto Creek beach side. There you can view the Cockspur Island light catch a beautiful sunset. The second access leads to the North beach ocean side. Here the crowds are a little heavier but if your looking to catch some surf this is the spot! Both access's are about a 2 minute walk from the house.
From HWY 80 Make a left on Polk street
Once one Polk make a right or Fort Ave
From Fort Ave follow to the stop sign and make a left on Vanhorn
Once on Vanhorn pass the police station then make first left on Captains Vw
