This home is all about indoor and outdoor entertainment - it truly has something for everyone! The game room (former garage) provides you with an entertaining spot where you can spend hours and hours challenging your friends to fun games at the pool table, air hockey table, and foosball table. If you are in the mood to enjoy the outdoors, make your way over to the spacious private pool deck where you can take in the Florida sunshine and cool down. The enclosed lanai features a sparkling outdoor pool (heating is optional) with an attached pool spa. The covered patio offers a fantastic outdoor dining area where you can dine alfresco.
Inside, this fully furnished home offers plenty of room to stretch out comfortably. The air-conditioned open floor plan seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. Wind down in the welcoming living area and stream fun shows and movies on the smart TV, or surprise your loved ones with a delicious dinner prepared in the well-appointed kitchen. The main suite enjoys access to the lanai, a smart TV, and a sunny en suite bathroom with a soaking tub and a shower. Additional perks include a laundry area with a washer/dryer and an outdoor shower.
