There is a private pool and spa for your enjoyment. As well as a washer and dryer for your cleaning use.
I enjoy socializing with guests but like to also give them their space.
It's a gated community with lots of palm 🌴 trees. Very considerate neighbors that enjoy the peace and tranquility. Community prefers quite hours between 10pm and 8am for a more neighborly experience.
The spa and pool are heated year around at a set temperature between 82 and 85 degrees. These are set at the owners discretion and cannot be changed. The water pump is on between 10 am and 10pm for spa use betwee these hours.
No parties or events whatsoever. We have a ring security camera set at the entrance. ONLY 4 guests are allowed at the listing. No exceptions.

Self check in anytime after 3pm
