The rest of the house has luxurious features that the entire family can enjoy. Each bedroom has its TV, and the convenient family room has plenty of space for everyone. There is also a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare your meals. Out back, you'll find a covered private pool that's perfect for cooling off on a hot day. This home is one of our most upscale and modern Orlando vacation rentals, featuring clean and crisp decor and furnishings throughout.

No Smoking of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $200.00 penalty fee.
No Pets Allowed Policy: **This property is NOT pet-friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500.

Supplies: We do provide a starter kit for the home which includes - Dish soap, 2 trash bags, dish detergent tablet, paper towels, and bath essentials. However, please be prepared to bring any additional supplies that you may need. We only provide single items to get your stay started.
