Positive: This was a wonderful property for our family. Plenty of room, comfy beds, a lovely deck, a nice kitchen, very clean, and very close to the beach! In my mom's words, this place is "thoughtfully appointed" and we all enjoyed our stay, whether we were lounging together in the main room, enjoying homemade meals, playing games, or taking a short walk to the beach. We will definitely consider this unit for future trips.
Negative: There was a bad storm and water came in through the windows and the power went out (no big deal, this stuff happens). I notified the Vacasa agent via text as requested and let them know and they said they'd follow up, but never did. We cleaned the water up ourselves and the power was restored after about 2 hours, but I was frustrated that they never texted back to check in or came to assess the damage.
Summary: Fantastic little beach house :)
