These units are 1 bedroom, 1 bath condominiums, some with 1 or 2 bunk beds suitable for small children. Deluxe units include a dishwasher and all units have use of the swimming pool, tennis courts and BBQ grills.
All reservations canceled 48 hours or more from the booking date are subject to a $150 cancellation fee. Reservations canceled for any reason within 60 days of the date of arrival will result in forfeiture of the RENTAL DEPOSIT (50% of the original rental rate plus all taxes and fees). Reservations canceled within 15 days of the date of arrival will result in forfeiture of the entire rental amount, including all taxes, fees, and rental deposits.

PLEASE NOTE: The beach on Tybee`s north shore (Savannah River Entrance) is subject to strong currents during tidal changes. Please swim with care and observe all posted cautions.
Also due to association rules and for safety reasons, there are no golf cart rental parking anywhere on the SBRC grounds. This restriction includes the designated guest spaces and all unmarked parking.
