It's perfect for 9-11 people (max 14 with permission) with a master bedroom and attached master bath, a guest bedroom, and a bunk bedroom that sleeps 5. (The sofa group can be converted into a queen size bed.) Upgraded mattresses will insure a great nights sleep to be rested for a fun day at the beach and all other activities that the Bolivar Peninsula and Galveston has to offer. There is a phone that is a direct HOTLINE to the owner should you have questions or issues during your stay. Just pick up the receiver and you are talking to us within seconds. (Our commitment to support you during your stay.) There is a huge, paved parking area with enough room to park 7.5 vehicles (or combination of vehicles, trailers, and carts etc). The beach house outside area was designed with kids and pets in mind. There is a gate that blocks access to the stairs below and a fully fenced in back yard / lower patio area. This gives kids and pets access to the upper and lower areas without the worry about leaving the property or entering the street. The beach is just a short walk away and can be heard while spending relaxing evenings on the huge upper and lower patios eating on the extra large teak table with family and friends. The Tiki Bar downstairs has a built in sound system. Just plug in your phone or tablet and let the good times roll. It is also equipped with a refrigerator and charcoal grill so that it can be the center of activity during your stay.
