Lower level features a large outside entertainment area with a 50 inch TV perfect for movies or your favorite sporting events. Second bedroom features a new queen bed and a new bunk bed and is separate from the upper level making it ideal for two small families or families with older children. Bathroom has a good sized shower, pedestal sink and is shared its a full sized washer and dryer.
