This Town home is located direct Atlantic Oceanfront and is spaciously laid out for the entire family to enjoy. Sleeps 8 adults with two king beds and two queen bunk beds. You will be located right across the street from Memorial Park which has a wonderful playground, volleyball courts, basketball courts, tennis courts, the Tybee Library and the YMCA. This great mid-island location is within a short walk of several more popular restaurants. The ground level includes a 2 car garage, entry foyer, ground level patio, with outdoor shower, and a walking exit to the beach. The main foyer stairway leads to the 2nd floor which is the main level of the town home. Upstairs, guests are welcomed to a beautiful open floor plan with beautiful hardwood floors and direct Ocean Views. The living area includes a sofa, lounge leather chairs, flat screen TV, DVD, furnished balcony with stunning views of the seashore. This beautiful town home has undergone a recent renovation. This level also has a bedroom with a double Queen bunk bed, TV, and a full bath located off the hall. On the top floor, there are two master bedrooms. The first, Oceanfront Master Bedroom has a King size Bed, a flat screen TV, and an attached bathroom with a tub and shower combination. This room is directly oceanfront and features a beautiful balcony with amazing views of the Ocean. Watch the sunrise from your Master Suite! The second Master on this level also has a King size bed, plantation shutters. There is an en suite bathroom with a tub and shower combination. Sit on either porch and watch the ships roll by.
