RR Big Deck features not one, but two large decks (upper and lower). Experience high-end living at beach at this fabulous house. House has 2900 square feet of living space and features 5 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths. Large primary suite has king-sized bed, large walk-in shower and tub plus double sinks. Bedrooms 2, 3, and 4 each have queen sized beds with 55" flat screen TV's and bedroom 5 is a double size bedroom upstairs and has 2 queen sized beds and a 65" flat screen TV.
Preparing a meal will be a breeze in the spacious kitchen with plenty of cabinet space, propane range, and all the things you would expect to have in your own kitchen! There is large bar for meal preparation and/or serving. All TVs are DIRECTV connected and the house has high speed internet with coverage from top to bottom
. After you enjoy a day at the beach, come back and relax on one of the many chairs on the decks, or play pool on the table upstairs and enjoy perfect unobstructed views of the beach!
Recently installed whole home generator to ensure your trip is uninterrupted!! Brand new deck furniture, brand new washer and dryer AND we just had the pool table re-felted and leveled and it looks awesome! Enjoy a game of pool while the game is on the 70" big screen! We absolutely love this house, and we are sure you will too!
Recently replaced entire HVAC system and added whole home generator to ensure your stay will be comfortable.
Towels, linens and small soaps are provided.

Summary: The location and house were exactly what we were looking for when I was doing my research. It had plenty of space for the 4 adult couples and 10 year old boy. The kitchen has everything you need to cook for the family and the layout and massive deck were a big hit. The star of the show was definitely the recently installed power generator. On our first night, the power went out in the neighborhood at 10pm. The generator kicked on in a few seconds and ran the entire night for 9 hours! You might think this is a "nice to have", but our house was the only house I could see that had that capability. If you know anything about Texas summers, having AC is a must and I can't tell you how much we appreciated the feature. The owner was very responsive to my questions and I would highly recommend the property!
