The three-bedroom, two-bathroom house is raised off the ground, with all living spaces on one level. Inside, the open floor plan features cathedral ceilings and comfortable casual furnishings. The living room sectional sofa creates a cozy living space with a large flat-screen TV and an electric fireplace. The dining area has enough seating for six people at the dining table and four people at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped, with stainless steel appliances and lovely open cabinetry. The living room leads to the front covered wrap-around porch. The deck has comfortable seating and is a great place to enjoy morning coffee and evening Tybee breezes.
Bedroom 1 is furnished with a Queen size bed and has a flat-screen TV. Plenty of natural light fills the space. The attached bathroom has a walk-n shower and has been updated with dual vessel sinks.
