5 Bedroom House in South Beach Haven, Holgate

This immaculate 5 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath reversed living home is located just four houses from the beach. It has fabulous cove, bay & sunset views. NEW FOR 2025 IS A 25 FOOT LONG IN GROUND POOL! The master bedroom is also being completely renovated for 2025 with claw foot tub and extra large shower. The second master bedroom has a queen size bed & bath with a stall shower. The other two bedrooms each have 2 twin beds plus a bunk bed & share a large hall bath with a tub/shower. A large laundry room is on this floor. The top floor has an open floor plan with hardwood floors, a living/dining room, fully equipped kitchen with new quartz counters and stainless appliances, den/5th bedroom with a queen size pull-out, a half bath, screened porch with table & chairs, a front deck, with a gas grill, faces the cove and bay. The roof deck has panoramic views with 6 person hot tub. The backyard will be fenced in for 2025 with pool and outdoor shower. Second full size fridge for extra food/beverage storage. Wireless speakers throughout for listening enjoyment.
Located on a dead-end street this house is perfect for young children learning to ride bikes. There is access to the cove for your kayak or canoe. Coffee on the front or roof decks at sunrise is a wonderful way to start the day. The home's sound system makes every sunset a party. Image being on the roof deck at sunset with your drink, hors d'oeuvres, and your own music ! It doesn't get much better than that.

Summary: The beach was a 3 min walk from the house, so we got out there every day it was not raining (can't change that!). We were there in mid-Oct and very few other people around, so it was quiet and pleasant.
