2nd floor has 3 bedrooms, Family Room and 2 full baths.
Master Bedroom- Queen Bed with private full bath, open the windows at night and you can hear the Ocean. Bedroom 2- 1 Queen Bed . 3rd Bedroom - 3 Twin beds. Family Room has a queen size sleeper sofa and a Twin sleeper sofa.

Summary: We stayed at this beautiful and specious house in August. It was a bunch of us: 6 adults and 3 kids. I simply loved short walk to the beach. Kids enjoyed riding bikes on quiet and basically traffic-free street. The house was clean, well equipped with the bonus beach chairs and bikes for us to use. We couldn't appreciate more how accommodating the owners were to us! The amenities were great; I love having washer and dryer on the beach vacation and plenty of parking on site. We enjoyed the awning at the front porch as much as the beautiful view. Beach is beautiful and never over crowded with lifeguard close to the entrance to the beach - as a mom of 10 and 8-years, I always appreciate this peace of mind. First I wasn't sure, if I want to go outside of my usual LBI renting aria in Beach Haven but I have to say: I like Holgate much better. Very relaxing, quiet and convenient to everything. I would definitely rent again and highly recommend this property. Looking forward to making more Summer memories in this inviting home.
