Recent renovations in 2017 include, new flooring, new 2-zone central A.C. units, new living room furniture, renovated bathroom, and new refrigerator. Wi-fi, internet connection and cable included.
Come relax and enjoy your morning cup of coffee on the upper or lower private decks. Lower deck is located off the 1st floor master bedroom. Summary: We had a great get-away at this Holgate, NJ property. The balcony-deck was especially nice for sitting and relaxing outside after a morning and afternoon at the beach. It's close location to the beach was fantastic.
