This adorable 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom (plus private outside shower) condo is in an oceanfront building on the Beach Haven/Holgate border and is best sized for a couple or a single person looking for a beach getaway! Don't need a huge mansion on the beach but like to be oceanfront? Don't like the commercial feel of condo units but like the size (and price) of a small condo? This is a cozy oceanfront building with only 4 units. Each unit has its own private lower deck, its own roof deck and its own outdoor shower! Gorgeous and relaxing views from your private roof deck!
Quiet neighborhood that is 2 blocks south of the Beach Haven border and only a 3 minute drive (or 5 minute bike ride) to Fantasy Island, Thundering Surf water park, MANY restaurants, homemade doughnuts, bagels, mini-golf and all the fun and food of Beach Haven! This attached condo is in an oceanfront building with only 4 units, all on 1 floor, each a corner unit. This 1 bedroom unit (#3) is on the side next to the beach walkway (northeast corner of the building), facing the beach. All views are from the rooftop deck (see pictures). The location is 2 blocks south of the Beach Haven border (which is at Grosser St). Each unit has separate entry stairs to their own personal ‘lower deck’ and the door to each unit is entered from that private deck. There is a shared staircase to the roof deck and there is a divider between the 2 sides of the roof deck so each unit has its own space on the roof deck. The pictures shown are just your section of the roof deck.
