Excellent view from oversized patio. Recent renovation makes this a clean comfortable beach getaway. Sleeps 5 with queen size bed in master bedroom, 1 twin bunk in a cozy nook and pullout sleeper sofa in living room. Kitchen has electric cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, Keurig and opens to the dining and living rooms. Condo is located near 61st Street in the heart of the Seawall. Just a 2 minute walk to Babes Beach.
Complex amenities include 2 pools, groomed outdoor sitting areas, tennis court, and BBQ grills. Central laundry , exercise room , spa/hot tub are also available. Controlled (gated) access to entire complex with parking underneath the condominium.
The Victorian Condominium does charge an additional 1 time fee of $35 for security and parking.

Summary: Our host was awesome!👏 He worked with us on our early morning arrival, making it so easy. The place was neat, clean, all that was listed and more. The outside was beautifully kept. The pools were so nice. The view of the pool and beach were wonderful. I can’t say enough about our wonderful stay. Thank you to our host and the employee's for making this the perfect stay.
