The Space:
392 sf studio condo that contains a kitchenette with ice maker, cooktop and all in one air fryer/countertop oven/microwave, queen size bed, storage cabinet with hanging space, a designated work area, large Smart TV, ceiling fan, balcony with 2 chairs and a table plus a bathroom with a tub/shower combo and vanity. Perfect place to unwind with the beach being about a 2 minute walk on the opposite side of the building via a wooden, raised path and the heated pool is about a minute walk. Laundry room located in lobby (pay via app).
Guest Access:
Complete use of the studio condo. Heated pool. Exercise room. Access to resort activities: Basketball, Pickleball, Tennis and Bocce Ball. Laundry room (pay via an app) located on ground level near the Vending Machines. BBQ grills, picnic tables and chairs are located on the covered patio on the ground level. Fire pit in the pool area. About a 4 minute walk to the beach via a wooden, raised path located on the opposite side of the building.
The Neighborhood:
The condo complex is located on East Beach in Galveston, TX. Quiet. Short drive to restaurants, shopping, sightseeing, golf cart rental and Pleasure Pier. Easy beach access from the lobby of this condominium complex via a wooden bridge that you walk over. No traffic allowed on this portion of the beach.
Getting Around:
Park wherever there is a white curb. Gated community. 24 hour front desk personnel. Great location. Short drive to ship channel, shopping, sightseeing, The Strand, Pleasure Pier and restaurants.

No smoking in condo or on the balcony. There is a designated smoking area on ground level.
Our condo association requires a minimum age of 25 to lease.
