Our home is a simple small cabin, with a great unobstructed view, within a short (200 ft) walk to beach. Downstairs sand shower, changing room, and fish cleaning station helps to keep the house clean and makes clean up at check out super easy. If you don't want to wash and dry my linens before leaving, bring your own. 3 twin beds, 3 full beds, towels, and rags. Has chairs on deck as well as plastic chairs and beach mat to sit on sand without caving in. Large Bar B Que Pit. Picnic table, downstairs shower with hot and cold water and changing area. Fish cleaning station and bar area. Excellent fishing and shelling. There is a crabbing or fishing net and 5 gallon bucket to help with fishing. Sharks teeth, sand dollars all kinds of shells on our area of the beach. Golf carts available for rental .They will deliver and pick up by most dealers. Waterslide, Putt Putt Golf, tourist areas and shops, restaurants, Grocers, fruit stands, and many activities all year long on Bolivar Peninsula. Several sites that list activities and live views of weather and activities are and as well as give activities for Galveston,Texas events that are just a short free ferry ride from Bolivar Peninsula. Ferry runs 24/7. It is free and just the ride is awesome. Usually plenty of Seabirds, and Dolphins to watch. Run by Texas Department of Transportation, you drive your car on, then when you are underway, the captain will let you get out of your vehicle and tour the ferry. On Bolivar Peninsula, you are allowed to drive your vehicle on the beaches but there are posted speed limits and rules. If you park on the beach you must have a 10.00 parking permit which is available from most stores on Bolivar. We own the lots around our cabin so there is plenty of places to park and play. Everything is provided at the cabin. Paper products, shampoo, conditioner, bath soap, garbage bags, laundry soap, dishwasher soap, some cooking spices and salt and pepper. Large fridge with ice and water in door. Easy clean up before you go. We can teach you surf fishing and crabbing and how to throw a cast net and get your own bait. You will need a fishing license with a saltwater stamp. You will love this cabin. Hope you stay with us often. We have Dishnet with DVR recorded movies. No WIFI.
