This home has been designed for family fun and relaxation. Offers fantastic view of the beach in a quiet neighborhood. Features all wood floors and 5 spacious bedrooms including two bunk rooms that are great for kids. There is a second living space on the top floor. One set of bedrooms has barn door that can be closed for extra privacy. A large island bar area is great for food preparation and dining. The bedroom upstairs features one king, 2 queens, 2 sofas, a window seat for stargazing and an ensuite bathroom with a large soaker tub. Over 20 board games, puzzle sets and a library of books offers fun for family gatherings and relaxing. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking; has a regular drip coffee pot. Outdoor patios all have new patio furniture including a unique queen size bed swing, rockers, picnic table, 2 chair swings and 2 bench swings. Downstairs locker includes washer boards, kayaks and there is a large smoker and bbq pit. Linens available for additional fee upon request. Beach access via golf cart or a short walk. Lift available for additional fee upon request.
