This dazzling, 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom beach property is located in the desirable Tidelands subdivision. Dip Net sits back from the dune line a bit but has an amazing unobstructed beachfront view. Outside, you will find the perfect place to lounge with your favorite beverage or book! You can enjoy the sights and sounds of the Gulf of Mexico from the two covered decks, or take a short walk/ride to the beach itself. You'll have your toes in the sand in minutes!
The living room features sumptuous furnishings, and opens up to the fully stocked kitchen. There are modern appliances, including a wine fridge, and all the cookware you will need to prepare and serve your family meals. Coffee lovers will appreciate having both a drip coffee maker and Keurig machine.
With over 2000 square feet, Dip Net easily sleeps 14. Two bedrooms each have a king bed, the third bedroom has two queen beds, and the fourth bedroom has two twin over twin bunk beds.
Underneath the home, there is a great covered area where you can relax with your family and barbecue on the charcoal grill. There is a fish cleaning station and outdoor shower. The yard is fenced and ready for your kids or pets. This property has plenty of parking.
Dip Net is very close to town, but far enough away from the crowds, that sitting on one of the two decks and listening to the sea gulls and the ocean waves would be absolutely enchanting.

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is beautifully updated and comfortable! Plenty of space for our group of 8 to spread out or gather for games. This was a Thanksgiving visit and the kitchen was well-stocked. I was glad that I brought my largest pots, a potato masher and pie dishes, though.Beds were comfortable. The younger kids loved the bunkroom! We brought our own linen and towels. I would've liked blackout curtains in the bedrooms. But the rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. My parents enjoyed the private balcony from the master bedroom.The TV internet was pretty spotty. We only watched one movie but had plenty of other things to do. Maintenance came right away to get the internet working again.The view was wonderful! The location was the best we've had. We've stayed in 3 other locations and this was our favorite, by far. There is a path in back of the property to take you right onto the beach. Very convenient! We had a blast!
