Location, location, location is what this property offers-nestled on the second row, but fronted by land reserved for beach access-you'll only have sea oats between you and Bald Head’s beautiful South Beach. Of course, this means spectacular views from the covered wrap-around porch as well as through the sun-drenched interior’s myriads of windows. Outside, you’ll spend your days (and evenings) rocking to the soothing sounds of the Atlantic. You’ll also enjoy munching al fresco, while savoring salty breezes, at the outdoor dining set. Inside, the open floor plan offers a dining space with serene seascapes and an adjacent breakfast bar and kitchen. The latter features stainless appliances, granite countertops and handy access to the laundry and powder rooms. Nearby, the comfy, sun-bathed living area is anchored by a decorative fireplace and features built-ins with plenty of books, games and puzzles. The first floor Primary Queen not only offers convenience but also private porch access. Upstairs, a second light-filled living space provides another opportunity for conversation, movie-watching and game-playing. The two bedrooms on this level are each furnished with two twins and offer spectacular views. Each has a convenient full bath just outside its door. Centrally located on Bald Head, this home is just minutes to shops, the Conservancy and both Clubs and includes access to WWP's 24/7 Property Manager Assistance Line-which means you can reach needed help even after hours or on weekends. For sun-filled, fun-filled days and nights-you’ll want to stay at Sandy Toes. There are no bicycles at this home.

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a lovely time. The location is perfect. We come back every year because of the proximity to the beach. The master bedroom needs a King bed and the upstairs mattresses are not comfortable. Also the sink gets clogged so check the plumbing or invest in a garbage disposal. The blue golf cart is embarrassingly slow so please check. The charge gauge appears to be inaccurate. Handle missing on door of black golf cart. The property didn’t have adult size beach chairs (only child size), so thank you to WWP for lending some adult chairs to us for the week. These are very minor things but if I owned this property I would want to know!
