Bedrooms are designed for tranquility. The two second-floor bedrooms open directly to the upper deck. Each bedroom upstairs has its own bath. The first floor has a queen bedroom, a bunkbed room for the kids, and a shared bath.

RESPONSIBLE PERSON: Photo ID and signed copy of rental agreement needs to be returned within 48 hours of booking to secure your dates. The person booking must match the ID as well as the credit card on file. No third-party bookings.
OCCUPANCY - 6 adults max, or 10 guests total if including children. We are very strict on occupancy limits due to high cost of damages associated with overworking our septic system. A few day guests are usually no problem - we want you to enjoy yourselves, after all! - but please ask in advance.
NO PETS due to allergies, not even the teeny tiny cute ones. Crystal Beach has plenty of lovely pet-friendly homes to choose from instead.
PARTIES - No parties, large gatherings, family reunions, proms, etc.
FIRE - no open fires, portable grills, fireworks, or smoking on premises.
PARENTS - do not rent on behalf of underage children.
BOOKINGS - anything over a week requires an established account with five-star ratings. Long-term bookings over 29 days are not accepted.
CANCELLATIONS - We do not refund for COVID, other illness, funerals, bad weather, or any other unexpected occurrence that is out of both of our control and that is outside of the refund window, therefore we strongly suggest purchasing travel insurance.
*** Hurricane season is June-November every year. We especially encourage purchasing travel insurance for your trip if your reservation falls within these dates as we can only refund if there is an official, mandatory evacuation called for the peninsula. ***”
