This newly built, luxurious beach home isn't your average getaway! Within a short stroll to the beach, this resort-style home is perfect for entertaining at over 1900 sq. ft with 1140 sq. ft. of wrap-around deck for beach and bay views. The open concept gourmet kitchen boasts granite counters, a stainless fridge, a full range, microwave, and dishwasher. The primary suite features a king bed, double vanity, and huge shower. Three other bedrooms share two full baths. A washer/dryer is included.
The space
This gorgeous Crystal Beach getaway is accessible to the beach via a short stroll and a private neighborhood walkover. This lovely oasis features all of the essentials expected of a luxury rental.
The gourmet kitchen includes a Nespresso machine with Nespresso pods, a coffee maker and coffee filters, a full sets of dishes, glasses (including wine glasses and Old Fashioned glasses), mugs, multiple sets of flatware, an abundance of cooking and baking supplies and utensils, a full set of knives, pots and pans, a griddle, and food storage containers. The kitchen also includes a large stainless fridge, a full range, a microwave, and a dishwasher. Dishwashing packets, dish soap, and hand soap are also included.
Guests will enjoy naturally inspired shampoo/conditioner/body wash in each bathroom, hand soap, a hairdryer, and special makeup cloths. Additionally, one of the secondary toilets includes a hidden, kid-friendly seat for the littlest members of your group.
Each of the seven beds feature quality, comfortable sheets, pillows, and comforters. The linen closets in every bathroom are stocked with soft, fluffy towels. Each closet contains multiple luggage racks and hangers.
The expansive TV in the living room features a Roku for your viewing pleasure as you relax within the family room/dining area alongside a wall of windows overlooking the beautiful beach life. There is also a TV in the master bedroom with a Roku to enjoy your favorite movies or television shows as you wind down before bed.
The spacious wrap-around porch also includes charming rocking chairs and sturdy yet lovely loungers and tables, ideal for enjoying both beach and bay views. Before you head to the beach, be sure to load up the provided wagon with all of the chairs, umbrellas and toys offered for a fun day in the sun! After an unforgettable day at the beach, come back to unwind! The outdoor shower and sink provide the perfect place to rinse off before relaxing for the evening. As the sun goes down, parents can use the charcoal grill to get dinner ready while everyone gathers and plays corn hole and other fun yard games.
The lovely laundry room includes a full washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, drying rack for clothes, detergent, dryer sheets, wrinkle releaser for clothes, and a first aid kit.
There is an emergency escape ladder in the side table by the front door. In the event that the stairwell is blocked, it can be used to escape from any location on the deck.
We provide a starter pack of paper towels and toilet paper. If your stay is longer than 2-3 nights, you will likely need to replenish. The main grocery store on the peninsula (“The Big Store”) is only a 3 minute drive from the home.
