This luxurious beach house has 5 Bedrooms / 3 1/2 Baths with 2 additional sleeping areas. It is located by the Bay and is a short walk to the beach, park and bird sanctuary. For your outside enjoyment this home has 2 outside decks, a roof top deck and large back yard. This backyard oasis has a heated swimming pool, a screened in dining area, outside kitchen and outdoor shower. Home also offers a 2 car garage that has been converted into a Billiard room that includes a pool table, ping pong table, poker table and video game.Just behind the Billiard room is the elevator and a room with a docking station for all your electronic equipment. There is also an additional sleeping area with a daybed and trundle that could be used as a 6th bdrm. The 7th sleeping area is located in the family room that has a pullout sofa. As an added bonus the owners are providing (For 7 Day Rentals ONLY) linens,towels and beds made prior to your check in.
