Newly furnished and decorated, the condo and Beachside Colony Resort complex, located mid-island, combination creates a unique experience. The condo features a comfortable living space including a complete kitchen an island breakfast bar, and solid surface countertops, and a separate dining area. Comfortable seating in the family room with 9-foot ceilings, including a queen sleeper and a 65" television. The living area has floor to ceiling sliding glass doors which open to a balcony with views of the ocean, three pools, and a grass courtyard. The master bedroom features a king bed, TV, and adjoining private master bath with twin lavatories and a shower. The guest bedroom features bunkbeds, TV, and adjacent bathroom with single vanity and tub/shower combination.
The Deck’s beachside restaurant and bar are 'on the grounds' and the YMCA, library, and children's playground are just across the street. You can stay connected through high-speed cable internet, including wireless access.

Please pick-up and properly dispose of your dog’s waste; do you, or future guests, want to smell, or step in, previously deposited dog poop? We think not. Tybee does have two Dog Parks located at the intersection of Van Horne and Fort Streets between the Police Station and River's End Campground and RV Park. For practical reasons, the dog parks are only open from dawn ‘til dusk.
