Tucked into a quiet cul-de-sac in Grand Beach, Little Arches offers a Michigan getaway with quick access to all your vacation needs but away from the traffic and noise of everyday life. Private village beach access combined with small, low-traffic roads make the trip to the beach as charming as the beach itself. In the home, large windows let huge amounts of natural light into the spacious main floor. From the expansive kitchen to the adorable breakfast nook to the formal dining room, this home ensures that the time in the home is just as relaxing and wonderful as time spent around the outdoor pool. The main floor also hosts the main bedroom with a beautifully appointed main bath, a small fireplace, and direct access to the screened back porch.
Upstairs, three airy bedrooms accommodate the rest of the family with one bedroom keeping an ensuite full bath. Another shared bathroom makes sure nobody is vying for space in the morning. Step out of the home into a brightly lit screened porch perfect for a morning coffee, an afternoon read, or an evening glass of wine. The backyard gives every opportunity to take full advantage of seasonal Michigan without even leaving the property. The pool, of course, offers a refreshing dip but the hot tub or sauna both provide that occasionally needed soothing relaxation.
