Entering this home you are greeted by the expansive 2 story living room and gorgeous stone fireplace that can be enjoyed while in both the living and dining areas. The living room opens to a beautiful, sun filled year round porch that has dining for 6 and overlooks the pool. On the other side of the fireplace is the main dining area and beautiful bright kitchen with seating for 12pp. Also on the first floor is the large master bedroom overlooking the pool.
The second floor is home to two en-suite bedrooms and one additional bedroom.
The Fairway House also has a gorgeous pool house with additional living space that is connected to the main house. The first floor's cozy screened porch overlooks the pool and the second floor is home to a private suite with a bedroom, full bath, living room with a pullout sofa and kitchenette as well as a deck overlooking the pool.
As if this large expansive home wasn't enough, the huge yard begs for littles and bigs alike to run around taking in the beauty that is Grand Beach. While this home offers plenty of space for outdoor family activities, including the pool complete with a slide or the basketball hoop, the playground, golf course, tennis and basketball courts are just a block and a half away.
