This spacious home located in the sought after Grand Beach area. Sleeps 15. A cozy outdoor sitting area with a propane firepit & 8-person hot tub on the rooftop deck. Located in the backyard is a wood-burning fire pit. There is also a main floor deck with a table and chairs for eating and a Weber grill for grilling out. The main level has a gourmet kitchen, a granite-top island that seats 8, and high-end appliances and huge pantry. The dining table seats 8. Main level with an open concept makes this home such a wonderful entertaining home where everyone can be together or the basement and 2nd floor give people more privacy. . A king bedroom is conveniently located on the main level and a 1/2 bathroom on main level.
The 2nd floor hosts 4 bedrooms. The Master Bedroom has a King bed, a vast ensuite bathroom with a tub and shower, 2 Queen bedrooms, and 1 room with 2 singles and a Queen. Located in one of the queen rooms, it boasts a fun mini loft single bed sleeping area fun for a kid, but an adult will fit too! There is another full bathroom on the 2nd floor and a conveniently located laundry room.
The basement has another TV sitting area, with fireplace, a mini bar area. A ping-pong table for everyone with other fun board games also in the basement. A queen bedroom with full bathroom is located in the basement.
