Your Private Sanctuary: The entire house is yours to enjoy for the duration of your stay. Relax, unwind, and make the most of your time together.
Garage Information: Please note that the garage is not available for guest use. The owner may occasionally access the garage via the rollup door to retrieve stored items. You will be notified on the VRBO app in advance of any access by the owner.
Parking: Ample parking is available for your convenience. Three designated parking spots are located in the driveway. Please note that street parking is not permitted between 12AM and 6AM.

Pool Heating: Enjoy a refreshing dip year-round!
House Rules: We want to ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for everyone:
Safety First: Please closely supervise children around the pool.
Respectful Enjoyment: Treat the beautiful baby grand piano and pool table with care. Keep hands clean when playing pool, avoid drinks near the table, and refrain from smoking indoors.
Musical Guests: Pianists, you're welcome to play Hannah's piano! Kindly avoid placing anything on its surface.
BBQ Instructions: Firing up the BBQ is simple:
Turn on the gas valve located on the side of the house.
Turn all three knobs on the BBQ to "High/Start."
Press the "Start" button (the BBQ should ignite immediately).
Adjust the knobs to medium heat as needed. Important: The BBQ will get very hot. Always turn off the gas valve on the house after use.
Trash Removal: Garbage collection occurs on Wednesday evenings. If you'd be willing to help us out, please let us know! We'll likely be in touch through VRBO messaging beforehand.
