Location, location! This home is all on one floor with easy access to Starbucks, Safeway, Walgreen's, restaurants and more! Access to the newly remodeled Ahwatukee Recreation Center is included. It's a great home to work remotely while visiting Arizona, with a dedicated office set up. The fenced yard is perfect for any 4 legged friends who may also need a retreat from the cold winters. There is plenty of space in the 2 car garage. There are chairs out front, a covered sun room and large covered patio in back. The yard has several awesome fruit trees to enjoy! 20 minutes to Sky Harbor Airport, 20 minutes to Chandler Mall, 45 minutes to Casa Grand, 15 minutes to ASU and 20 minutes to downtown Phioenix.
